See your new website before
you pay a single dollar.

Clean one-page websites for Anthem and North Phoenix businesses. $99 flat. Live in 48 hours. No monthly fees. I build your mockup free, and you only pay if you want it.

Free mockup means free. If you don't love it, you owe nothing and we part as neighbors.

How it works

Three steps. You spend maybe ten minutes total.

1

Tell me about your business

Email me your business name and what you do. That's it. I'll pull your hours, service area, and reviews from what's already public.

2

I build your mockup free

Within 48 hours you get a link to a real, working preview of your website on your phone. Not a sketch. The actual site.

3

Love it? $99 and it's live

Pay once and the site goes live the same day. You own it outright. Don't love it? No charge, no hard feelings, no follow-up spam.

Who's building this?

A real person you can meet for a lemonade in Anthem.

I'm Landon. I'm 19, I live in Anthem, I study cybersecurity at Rio Salado, and in the summer I work at the lake and referee soccer.

I build websites because I'm good at it and because half the businesses I use around here don't have one — which means new neighbors can't find them. That seemed fixable.

Why so cheap? Because I'm building a local reputation, not running an agency. Your $99 buys my best work and my cell number if something ever breaks.

Fair questions

Asked and answered straight.

Do I own the website?

Yes, 100%. It's a plain, standard web page — no proprietary builder holding it hostage. Want the files? They're yours. Want to move it somewhere else someday? Easy.

Are there really no monthly fees?

Really. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which is free for sites like this, permanently. The only recurring cost that can ever exist is a custom domain (~$12/yr), which is optional and which you'd buy yourself, in your own name.

What do you need from me?

About ten minutes: your business name, what you do, and any photos you want on there. If you have Google reviews, I'll feature the real ones. I never invent testimonials.

What if I want changes?

Tweaks in the first 30 days are free and usually done same-day. After that it's $25 for a round of edits, so you're never stuck.

Is my customers' data safe on it?

The site collects nothing. No trackers, no analytics scripts, no forms storing data — customers tap to call or email you directly. There's nothing to hack and nothing to leak, which is exactly how a one-page business site should be.

Will people find it on Google?

Yes. It's a normal public web page, so Google can index it, and I set your business name, town, and services in the page title so people searching for you can find it. For local customers the bigger win is adding the link to your Google Business Profile, which takes about two minutes and I'll show you exactly where it goes.

Why one page?

Because for a local service business, one great page beats five mediocre ones. Customers want to know what you do, where you work, and how to reach you — in ten seconds, on a phone. That's the job, and one page does it.
